ClearRate Growth Pilot Proposal

Build a real merchant-services brand and growth engine.

This proposal outlines how we can help launch ClearRate Merchant Services as a professional local and national payment-processing brand: website, domain setup, branding, business email, customer intake, campaign support, AI-guided publishing, and ongoing strategic development.

Market Proof

The local pilot has enough volume to test before scaling.

The initial 50-mile launch market around ZIP 13760 contains approximately 16,296 payroll establishments, including about 8,340 likely card-present target establishments. That is enough volume to prove the campaign locally before expanding by radius.

What We Will Build

A complete launch foundation.

The first goal is to give ClearRate a professional public presence and a practical operating system for turning conversations into merchant account opportunities.

01

Brand and Website

Create a polished ClearRate identity and launch a customer-facing website that explains the offer, the rate-review process, industries served, and the Indeflex-powered processing relationship.

  • Name and brand refinement
  • Logo and visual direction
  • Responsive website for phone and desktop
  • Copywriting for the core service offer
02

Domain, Email, and Setup

Handle the practical setup work needed to make the brand usable in the real world, including domain registration support, business email creation, and launch configuration.

  • Domain search and registration support
  • Professional business email setup
  • Website hosting and launch prep
  • Basic technical configuration guidance
03

Customer Intake

Create a clear path for interested merchants to request a rate review, submit contact details, share processing information, and begin the sales conversation.

  • Free rate-review request flow
  • Lead capture and follow-up structure
  • Statement/document intake planning
  • Inquiry routing for sales follow-up

02Contact details and processing notes are captured
03Follow-up task is created for sales review
04Approved accounts are tracked back to the pilot
Expansion System

Digital growth plus current door-to-door sales.

The goal is not to replace the current sales motion. The goal is to give it a stronger brand, better follow-up, more professional materials, and a digital channel that can scale outside the local territory.

The MAP portal becomes the operating layer behind the campaign.

My Automation Partner can support the expansion using Campaign Partner, Publisher, and personalized AI guidance so ClearRate is not just handed a website. The business gets a repeatable system for creating, reviewing, publishing, and improving outreach.

Campaign Partner Plan local merchant prospect campaigns, industry-specific outreach angles, and door-to-door follow-up support.
Publisher and AI Guidance Create practical posts, rate-review messaging, follow-up scripts, and service explanations that are reviewed before use.
Ongoing Strategy Measure which messaging works, refine campaign direction, and expand into stronger niches over time.

Track
Start lean. Prove demand. Expand what works. The launch path keeps the first move practical, then uses real pilot results to decide the next stage.
Phase 1
Brand and Setup Finalize brand direction, select domain, set up email, define the offer, and prepare the ClearRate website structure.
Phase 2
Website and Intake Launch the customer-facing website, add rate-review intake, and create the first version of the sales follow-up process.
Phase 3
Campaign Pilot Run local and digital outreach campaigns to generate new merchant account opportunities and test which messaging converts.
Phase 4
Review and Growth Plan Evaluate results, refine campaigns, and decide whether to continue into a longer-term partnership.
Proposed Pilot Structure

Low-risk growth pilot with no upfront fee.

We would like to start with a low-risk growth pilot where we help generate new merchant account opportunities with no upfront fee. We would only be compensated if the pilot produces real results, meaning a new merchant we help bring in becomes approved and actively starts processing.

For each activated account generated through the pilot, we would receive a fixed success fee. This keeps the arrangement simple: payment is only due when new business is actually created. If the pilot works, we can discuss a longer-term partnership from there.

For clarity, proprietary campaign systems and materials may not be copied, reused, transferred, or continued outside the pilot without a written agreement. This keeps the pilot fair: the business keeps the opportunities created, while the methods and systems used to generate them remain protected.
Ongoing Support

Built to adapt as the business grows.

After the pilot, we can continue supporting the business based on what is working: stronger campaigns, new landing pages, more intake automation, expanded content, reporting, new service offers, or additional development around growth strategy.

Strategy Reviews

Review campaign performance, lead quality, and sales follow-up to decide what should be improved next.

  • Review pilot lead quality
  • Refine outreach angles
  • Identify stronger industries and territories

Future Development

Add features as needs become clearer, such as advanced intake, lead reporting, referral campaigns, or merchant education resources.

Content and Campaign Support

Keep the brand active with practical content, local campaigns, national niche campaigns, and improved customer-facing messaging.
